When attempting to reset my password for the Lacework Support Portal via Google Chrome browser, I get a 'lacework.zendesk.com refused to connect' error.
Google's Chrome browser by default blocks 3rd party cookies. To get around the above error, click the eyeball icon on the top right corner of the Chrome window in the address bar.
Next click on 'Site not working' which loads the tab explaining the possible cause for this issue and recommends trying allowing cookies with the 'Allow Cookies' option at the bottom.
Clicking the "Allow Cookies" button will reload the page and redirect you back to the login page.
You should now be able to successfully reset your password by submitting your email address and be redirected to a 'Check your email for a reset link' notification.
