If your organization uses Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Email server, Lacework recommends adding the Lacework sending domain (lacework.net) to your Office 365 Exchange Email whitelist to prevent the following issues:
- Prevent problems with logging into the Lacework Console from the Login email sent by Lacework. When you log into Lacework, Lacework sends you an email with a link to the Lacework Console. You may be unable to use the link in the email to access the Lacework Console with an Office 365 Exchange Email server. One workaround is to copy and paste the link into the browser. The other workaround is to add the Lacework sending domain (lacework.net) to Office 365 Exchange Email whitelist and log in again to generate a new Login email.
- Prevent emails sent from Lacework from being delayed.
- Prevent emails sent from Lacework from being marked as Spam and going into the Spam folder
