If your organization uses Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Email server, Lacework recommends adding the Lacework sending domain (lacework.net) to your Office 365 Exchange Email whitelist, prevents the following:
- Problems with logging in to the Lacework Console from the login email sent by Lacework. When you log in to Lacework, Lacework sends you an email with a link to the Lacework Console. You may be unable to use the link in the email to access the Lacework Console with an Office 365 Exchange Email server. One workaround is to copy and paste the link into the browser. The other workaround is to add the Lacework sending domain (lacework.net) to the Office 365 Exchange Email whitelist and log in again to generate a new login email.
- Emails sent from Lacework are delayed.
- Emails sent from Lacework are marked as spam and go to the spam folder
