I’ve set up and integration and have happily been running compliance reports, all of a sudden my integration is now showing as an error, the message doesn’t make much sense as I haven’t changed anything
The errors can look like the following
's3_bucket and/or s3_key_prefix is missing for async invocation':
'Role Arn and access_key_id cannot both be null': 'Need a minimum of IAM Role ARN or IAM Access key for integration.'
Lacework Org/account with an AWS config integration configured.
An integration compliance run can fail for a good few reasons, namely, API limit throttling on Amazon’s API, errors with our lambda functions calling AWS resources on the your side or networking errors between our AWS Lambda functions and your environment. If an error occurs it will show your integration as an error condition.
At the minute we are still investigating the issue down to the precise triggers, and are working on updating our UI with more meaningful messages as to the actual issues, and work on our side to limit the occurrence of these instances, usually, these errors will clear after the subsequent run triggers the next day and you will receive your compliance report. If after the next report you are still receiving an error message, please reach out to the support team
